I know from being a Kidney patient, how rough it can be in getting your medications at a halfway decent price. It all started with me when I was 16yrs old  in Dercember of 1975, I am now 51 and continue to struggle to get my medications. That year was a pretty horrifying time in my life for my family and myself. When I found out I was sick it never occured to me that there was so much involved and what I would have to live with. My first question was " Whats kidney desease and how will it affect me and my family?" , being 16yrs old what did I know take a pill and be Ok. Well did I learn differently ,I grew up Fast, I had to live on dialysis, the cleansing of my blood thru a machine. Here I am with a whole life ahead of me and I have to live the rest of my life on a machine, well you know what, there were options, transplant, if and when you find a match, perotinel dialysis, thru the stomach, or my choice was treatment wth a fistula, ,2 x16guage needles one in a arteril site and one to return my blood thru the dialysis machine into my body through a vien., 4 to 5 hrs cleaning my blood every other day. Well I made the best of it and now I have a kidney transplant, which I recieved in March, 1996. I am married now and have more reason than ever to live as long and as normal a life as I can. As I said previously I am still struggling to get my medications, so what I do is get them at the best prices possible from where ever it takes, and you know what I'm still here living a pretty normal life. There is a solution, in many cases when people don't relize their options they spend alot of money when they really don't have to. Buying meds from different countries that use the same meds we do ,in most cases the only difference is size, color, shape and name, most countries use the chemical name. Glaxo Smith Kline, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Pfzier are among companies that distibute worldwide.I have found that my medications are 47 t0 80% cheaper from different countries. Thats why we do what we do , my family operates a store in Florida thats gets medications for people like myself at less expensive prices than what we pay now. The medications are approved  by the FDA and World Global Associations among other Matching Countries saftey boards and associations. Don"t be fooled by Medicare Part D and other Ins., They are profit making machines who"s main objective is to continue to make the United States the highest paying country in the world on medications and recieve a high return like $600 to $700 per person who sign up for ins. Think about it medications are FDA approved shipped to another country, say Canada, re-shipped back into the United States, the medications must be oK we don't see the United States Government telling us that there are 20 million Canadian people on the verge of death because of the medications they take. We can't get our medications from Canada or other countries but we can eat the food that comes from other countries, whats wrong with that picture. So don't be fooled most of the generics given to companies in the United States are from India, and Israel. Why pay a high price, www.beverlyhillsmedsdirect.com can give you a idea of what you can really pay on your medications. Proof is in the pudding so they say.
